Trainee Assembly Operative – Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment
Location: Nottingham
Pay:
£12.71 per hour + £0.50 per hour performance bonus from day one
Following successful completion of the 6-month probation period, expected annual earnings of £31,000 – £45,000, including performance bonuses and overtime opportunities.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Weekend and overtime opportunities available.
No Experience Required – Full Training Provided
Candidates with experience in assembly, carpentry and joinery will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities
Assembly of electrical enclosures using hand and power tools
Reading and following basic assembly instructions and production drawings
Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
Conducting basic quality checks on finished products
Supporting production targets while working safely and efficiently
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe

Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, carpentry, joinery, construction, or similar practical roles is advantageous but not essential
