We have exciting opportunities for Line Leaders to join our Operations team in Pilgrim’s Europe – at Ballymena site.
The successful candidate will support the smooth running of the production department, ensuring targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the efficient running of the production line.
- Lead and support operatives to achieve daily targets for production, quality, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Manage and monitor work rates, hygiene, housekeeping, and technical standards.
- Report and address machinery breakdowns, faults, or other issues in collaboration with engineering staff.
- Assist in training, discipline, and grievance handling where required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Promote a safe working environment, ensuring all team members are trained and compliant with H&S procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good level of English (verbal, written & reading).
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good team player with strong problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with good decision-making skills.
- Strong timekeeping and commitment to quality.
- Previous supervisory experience in a poultry/meat or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a supervisory role.
