Production Operator – Dental Manufacturing
38-hour working week over four days (Monday to Thursday 7.30am-5.30pm)
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our dental manufacturing team at Associated Dental Products Ltd, a family-run business, based in Purton, Swindon.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a British manufacturer and developer of high-quality consumable dental products, with a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce batches of dental materials, including wax, prophylaxis paste, impression compound, and other products.
- Follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions accurately.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping within the production area.
- Ensure products are manufactured to quality and safety standards.
- Complete production records and documentation as required.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written procedures and instructions.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness, organisation, and quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential.
