Job Summary
MONTY’S DINER, LIVERPOOL AIRPORT
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour plus an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £15.25 per hour.
Opportunity to earn extra tips and a service charge.
Shift Pattern
Full‑time, scheduled between 2 am to 11 pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
Role Overview
Join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor and step into the buzz of hospitality leadership k with iconic brands like Starbucks, M&S, Burger King and Brew Dog in some of the busiest locations across the UK & Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Lead your team, deliver great service, and be part of the energy.
- Running and overseeing daily shifts.
- Leading and supporting the front of house team during busy trading periods.
- Completing stock counts and placing orders.
- Ensuring compliance standards are completed, including date checks, allergen compliance and Health & Safety records.
- Delivering excellent customer service and confidently handling customer queries.
- Supporting operational standards, cleanliness and organisation throughout the diner.
- Taking ownership of opening, closing and daily operations while solving problems on the go.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ leadership or supervisory experience required.
- 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
- Confident dealing with customers and resolving issues professionally.
- Comfortable leading and motivating a team in a busy environment.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to sell and handle alcohol.
